Mayan Warrior is the result of a collaborative project that has united artists, craftsmen, photographers, designers, technologists, architects and musicians from Mexico City and Northern California. 

The project’s original intent was to present to the world the incredible ascent of contemporary Mexican electronic music while paying respect to the deep and ancient sources from which that visual and auditory culture had grown.


Both light and sound are curated by some of the world’s most prominent artists to transport participants to the very origins of the culture – and to a new understanding of contemporary electronic expression.

AND YES: Mayan Warrior is driven from Mexico City to the playa – and back – each year. It's a labor of love and we're glad so many people enjoy it.

Ariel Vromen is a force to be known within  the music and
film industries. His signature style of blending Techno
Trance, Tech House, Afro/Latin House and cinematic
elements, creates a unique and unforgettable experience
for his audience.  Today, Ariel is the founder of Sumatra Films and has directed, written,
and produced numerous projects for major production companies,
including Netfix, Lionsgate/ Summit, Millennium Films and Warner
Bros. His feature films, such as "The Iceman," "Criminal" ", "The Angel"
and "1992," have been critically acclaimed and feature all-star casts.
Despite his success in the film industry, Ariel never lost his passion for
music. He h a s played a t some of the world's most renowned music
destinations, including Ibiza, Mykonos, Tulum, Cannes, NY, Miami,
LA, Mexico City, Costa Rica and Colombia. One of his career highlights
was opening for Solomun in LA, Pacha Ibiza, NY, Coachella, Las
Vegas, Space Miami (Art Basel), and a 19-hour legendary set b2b with
Solomun in Tulum Jan 2021. In April 2022, Ariel played b2b with
Solomun and Dixon in Coachella Music festival closing party.  Ariel has shared the stage with renowned DJs such a s Tale of
Us, Bedouin, Jan Blomqvist, Monolink, Adriatique, Dixon,
Black Coffee, Blondish, Agent of Time, Jenia Tarasol, Haim,
Adam Ten, Amit Agami, Patrice Baumel, Guy Gerber, Kaz
James, Guy Mantzor, Fideles, Lehar, Tal Fusman, Jos & Eli,
Audio Fly, Eagles and Butterfly, Bora Uzer and many more. He
has also produced tracks with Alphadog and Monblaire and
has new project in the making with After Life.

Ariel's story-telling expertise and experience in film translate
into his approach to planning his sets, which involve emotional
and energetic picks that render deep drops. Vibe connectivity
is everything for Ariel, and his cinematic journey sets always
leave his audience wanting more. For those in the music
industry, Ariel is a force to be reckoned with, and his talent
and passion are sure to take him to even greater heights in
the years to come.


Ariel also involved in AI innovation, as a co-owner of EyeMix, a company focused on AI-driven visuals. This unique combination of skills makes him a notable figure in both entertainment and technology.

Keinemusik is a network with the label as the pulse pumping centre. Driven particularly by the spirit that moves the collective behind the imprint. The spirit to find your own agenda and let nobody get in the way. The spirit of refining House and Techno off the beaten path. Be it within their own tracks, within productions of other sorts or DJ-sets. The spirit of recall value within record- and flyer-artworks and everything intermediate in word and image surrounding releases and parties. And the spirit of diversification – Rampa’s effect-gadget-venture TEILE being one example. Keinemusik’s own booking department ‘Worldwide Dancing Club’, established in 2018, being another.

Keinemusik has been around since 2009. It has been naming an existing friendship and linked interests of the four members – &ME, Adam Port, Rampa and Reznik. A more or less constant count of five releases per year have been released ever since, solely laid down by members of the crew. And a considerable count of label-parties went down, not only in Berlin, but around all international focal points for electronic music. And surely, there’s plenty more where those came from. Born into a world where beats and melodies were as vital as the air itself, Moojo's musical journey began in the vibrant heart of the South of France, Nice. From an early age, Moojo displayed an innate connection to rhythms and melodies. He surrounded himself with diverse musical influences, ranging from traditional African & Latin sounds to modern electronic beats, laying the foundation for his unique musical identity.
As Moojo grew, so did his passion for music. He embarked on a relentless pursuit of knowledge, honing his skills in production and DJing. With an uncanny ability to blend many cultural styles of music with contemporary electronic elements, Moojo crafted a signature sound that resonates with audiences worldwide.

 Moojo quickly garnered support from industry giants Black Coffee, Diplo and Blondish. His early releases such as ‘Simba’, ‘Makasi’ EP and Mo Black's chart-topping ‘Lora’ were an instant success, with Black Coffee featuring the ‘Lora’ at Tomorrowland.
‘Desperado’ & ‘Vamonos’ (4.9M & 1.9M Spotify streams respectively), caught the attention of stalwarts like Rufus du Sol, Diplo, and Bedouin.
Upon Diplo's invitation, Moojo remixed ‘Fortress’ released on Diplo’s Higher Ground. 2020 introduced ‘Jupiter’, with Caiiro on remix duties.
His breakout hit, a remix of ‘Moth To A Flame’ by The Weeknd & Swedish House Mafia became an anthem and has over 7.1M streams on Spotify, propelling the track to ‘the most listened-to Afro house track of 2022’.
More recent collaborations include Demayä with ‘Lotus’, Da Capo with ‘Secret ID’ and Bun Xapa with ‘Hate It or Love it’, all under Moojo’s label, Calamar Records.

Drush (FR) is a Dj and Producer of Electronic Music. His music sits somewhere between Afro/Latin, Deep and Tech House, incorporating elements from a huge range of genres including Latin and traditional African music to create an engrossing and highly unique style.
