‘Breathe' was created for use during pregnancy for relaxation, meditation and calm birthing preparation. This song was written and performed by Australian Singer Songwriter Teashhur, during her third pregnancy, drawing from her personal experience using natal hypnotherapy. 

Surrender to the power of breathing, relaxation and positive affirmations on your journey to motherhood. 

The lyrics are few but powerful.
