Hello since I was a little girl all i ever wanted to do was sing, I never thought there was a way of getting anywhere. Always tried to attempt anything to do with singing, such as at school, church singing, performing arts at college, singing to myself, listening to a lot of different genres of music just to help me find where and what sort of singer I want to be. Also going out dancing to music helped me know what I was really in to, I am open minded to try any kind of genre which will give me a wide range of music to look back on and share. There are many different music genres that stand out to me such as house,tech,electro,jackin bass, tech,fidget, and many more. I understand the feeling i meant to have when i sing. My aim is to keep on going until i get where I want to be. Last year I recently started writing and recording songs of my own I have two songs written and recorded so far and are gonna keep on going and going.In June 2013 i started singing at NUVO bar in birmingham and shrewsbury arms  with Ben Jammin who is a live sax,Chris on percussion,Dj  Stuart Ojelay, Dj james Garret. loving every minute of it. Over the past 10 years he has played at nights and festivals across the country including; Cream Tours , Rainbow, Custard Factory, Q Club, HMV Institute,  Bugged Out, Miss Moneypennys, Coca Loco, The Canal Club GodsKitchen and Gatecrasher, Creamfields and his debut set as G Master funk at this years Global Gathering. - playing alongside some of the worlds best djs.

He broke into the scene over 10 years ago and quickly became renowned for his technical abilities and pure showmanship behind the decks. His unique sound consists of smooth house, rocking electro and deep jacking beats with a relentless mix of acapellas thrown on top just for good measure!! GK does things with tracks you never thought to be possible!

His schedule as a producer is gruelling including working with 80’s legend Roachford , Jason Herd, Jim Shaft Ryan, Mobo award nominee Nate James and 'thee remixing man of the moment' Will Bailey. GK prides himself on making music that people want to move to.

George is co-owner, alongside Jonze, of Red/Yeloleather Records and Discover International Records which has received compelling support from the likes of Martijn Ten Velden, Mark Knight, Nick Bridges, Micky Slim, and Filthy Rich.

His outstanding productions and remixes are starting to create a following across the globe. His amazing live set is setting new benchmarks for DJ’s in the live arena, 2013 is about to become the year we hear about George Kafetzis!

I am a singer/songwriter, creating and performing acoustic folk. I realise folk is quite a wide genre of music but I would say my work is soulful and poetic with an emphasis on engaging lyrics. Apart from singing and songwriting I write plays and run a Theatre Company, so that pretty much keeps my feet from touching the ground!
