SYHDA MUSIC - III ANNIVERSARY REMIXES [SYH011]

We are very excited to share with you our III Anniversary as a label and celebrate it with this release that we have been cooking for a while. We present you a compilation of Remixes created by our most representative artists where they have carried out an incredible sound analysis of the personality of Syhda Music on some of the tunes that we have released in these years, from the deepest and purist Drum & Bass, through the most forceful Breaks and Jungle until reaching the most hybrids impregnated with darkness and hypnotism.

Yin Yang Audio, Parasite, Nusku, Spinnet, Heatwave, YHVHSQUAD and The Egg have been the mentors in charge of creating this artillery of rhythms and passages ready to penetrate our body and soul. Our most sincere thanks to them for the wonderful work done and being on board with this family.

We want to dedicate this release to our great friend Kiri, who we would have liked to have been on this tracklist with a remix of his. We are sure you will listen to this compilation wherever you are.

We hope you enjoy the sound of our Third Anniversary!!!

PARASITE - MENACE (YIN YANG AUDIO REMIX)
Yin Yang Audio gives us a new vision with his remix for the tune “Menace” originally released in 2023 by Parasite in “Abaddon EP”. This is a remix that surprises us with a greater energy and forcefulness through the drums and percussions used that are complemented by the futuristic and dystopian atmosphere always so characteristic of Yin Yang Audio who returns to leave us an incredible track for our label.

It's time for June's podcast, and it's with great pleasure, honour and respect that we welcome a legend and pioneer of free techno music, a member of the historic Spiral Tribe collective, and Network23, 69DB! 
An undisputed figure in the rave party movement, 69DB has been performing live for over 30 years all over the world, and is now bringing us a new project called Wave Arising; a blend of live improvisation, tribe, breakbeat, UK bass and experimental music, each of his performances is deliberately unique. What's more, this live show was recorded during one of the last nights at One-O-One, the late, great club based in Clermont-Ferrand for some fifteen years, and which was the driving force behind the real electronic music scene in France <3 . Needless to say, this is a very special podcast, combining several generations of what makes electronic music alive, strong and free, and above all, it will continue to resonate for a long time to come!

Brooklyn-based Kilbourne has been at the top of her game for some years now. Perhaps New York’s most renowned and acclaimed industrial hardcore act, she released her stellar debut album "If Not to Give a Fantasy" earlier this year, an unyielding suite of in-yer-face hardcore threaded with the kind of curiosity and detail that lingers in the memory even after a proper brain-rinsing. 

Her set of all-original productions for CENTER BOOTH is testament to this blend of ferocity and conscientiousness, an hour in which it’s possible to both lose and find yourself. There are sections of slamming kicks serving to soundtrack an imagined (or real) session on your punching bag of choice, frosty techno cuts made even chillier with ecclesiastic synths and chanting, excursions in electro-techno riven with juicy distorted basslines and breaksy passages, and trancecore-esque tracks loaded with bleepy synths and speed bag drum patterns fit for forest raves. To close, creepy vaudevillian laughter gives way to huge kicks, then celestial pads to draw the listener outwards and upwards. 

The founder of Hammerhead, a hardcore techno label and party crew, and half of the newly formed duo Cry with Relaxer, her sets can be heard at sympatico clubs and parties the world over including Dripping, Honcho, Nature Loves Courage festival and Shock Value.

Con un gran recorrido musical y personal, que no fácilmente cabe en la maleta de cualquiera, y dirigido por sus propios pasos que le llevaron a estar en salas tan conocidas como KGB, Psicódromo o Moog, este DJ barcelonés podría definirse como un incansable explorador de aquellos sonidos que encajan con su particular visión del mundo, la cual intenta extrapolar en cada sesión con la que nos deleita.

Diversos estilos han pasado y continúan pasando por sus platos, creando con ellos atmósferas envolventes arraigadas en los sonidos más oscuros del E.B.M., viajando por el New Wave y el Synth más actual, y diluyéndose en la pura elegancia del techno industrial de los inicios de la electrónica, todo ello bañado por una fineza y un gusto exquisito tanto en sus mezclas como en sus selecciones, que hacen de este Dj, melómano en su primitiva esencia, no sólo un amplio y experimentado conocedor, sino también un emocional transmisor de aquellos sonidos que la pista de baile necesita y reclama en cada momento.
