How's everyone doing on this fine Wednesday then ? We have a special mix from HALKA (https://soundcloud.com/halka60) who is based in Japan. HALKA first popped up on my radar with her EP '1995' (https://halka60.bandcamp.com/album/-) ,with particular note to the tune 'Ghost On Liquid', a really nice feel to the track and great production skills shown.

Fast forward to only yesterday, and her EP release '善悪の彼岸' (https://halka60.bandcamp.com/album/--2) is of the upmost quality. '地上核弾 (Rework)' is a very well thought out and haunting track, that reminds me of some of Source Direct's works on their critical album 'Exorcise The Demons'. 'ABC' is an interesting introduction to the 3 track EP, which explores the dark corners of HALKA'`s mind, with lots of interesting sounds all dancing together forming organised chaos. 

Without doubt though to my mind, 'Boiling Point' (https://soundcloud.com/halka60/boiling-point) is my favourite work by HALKA. The drumwork is absolutely fantastic on this, bravo 10/10 ! This is officially an Amen Break Smashah of a tune to my ears !
