Embrace The Journey (TaOr Music)

This 8/15/2023 jam session expanded  Open Concept Duo (Herb Leff & Brian Merrill) to  Quartet form.  Additional members included Robin Hanbridge (sound healer, instrument crafter, didgeridoo maker and player) and Steve Rosen (composer, saxophone player, all-round musician).  Herb's identity is all over this site (but see herbleff.Bandcamp.com for current albums).  Brian also has a site on SoundCloud, but should be noted here for his musical instrument craft/design (especially ethnically inspired flutes), electronic looping skills, and devotion to music creation.  Brian's reverberant warehouse-studio space indeed provided the setting for the two jam sessions recorded  in this series (tracks ZOOM 111-113 + ZOOM 118-124).
Instrumentation on this track included Herb on water-bottle percussion and "hulusi" reed flute, Brian on looping and one of his unique wood flutes, Robin on his unique whole-tree bass didgeridoo, and Steve on saxophones and kalimba.
