Mindful Life is the fourth full length album of the composer and music therapist from Salento Simone Gatto. It focuses entirely on the relationship that exists between electronic music and emotional / bodily awareness.
When it comes to approaching with meditation and self-awareness practices, the vast majority of users use Classical, New Age or Ambient music.
However, we have been living for half a century now immersed in electronic sounds: on the street, in supermarkets and shops, in the car, at home and wherever we go. Our sonic-cultural identity is therefore strongly influenced by electronic stimuli and this is a fundamental factor which cannot be ignored nowadays when a musician is composing an album like this, focused on well-being and awareness.
Combining reflective electronics with acoustic patterns and healing vocals, Simone invites the listener on an ethereal journey that removes the boundaries between mindfulness and electronic music, unearthing internal dialogue.
 
A musical journey of 11 tracks which features some interesting collaborations with other Music Therapists and Composers such as Massimo Amato, Cristina Rosati, Angelo Molino and Flora Paär. Enveloping electronic pad, specific compositional techniques (such as binaural beats, monaural, isochronic tones to promote relaxation, concentration and attention), the use of the voice, melodic scales played with acoustic instruments and rhythmic arrangements less predictable and slightly more complex, Mindful Life evoke the listener's imagination and accompany him towards a profound emotional transformation and a greater expansion of consciousness.

Regular listening to this music with its slow and gentle flow provides the perfect background for activities such as meditation, contemplation or reading and to promote harmony of the body, mind and spirit. But that’s not all.
In the historical period we are all experiencing, this album is also an invitation to DJs and selecta from all over the world to rediscover awareness of their place in history and society. Through these pieces it is possible to promote practices of 'story telling' and 'conscious dance' which intend conscious listening and dance as a way to channel one's emotions and energies through graphic expression and free movement.
For meditative practices, headphones are recommended for listening, since many of the frequencies are in the low range and above all to receive the maximum benefit from the binaural beats.

QUANTUM PULSE is a project born from a deep research in the quantum field composed by Simone Gatto with the therapeutic frequencies of the Bioquantum project.
The album is an experience of frequencies, sounds and harmonic compositions composed in accordance with the earth's vibration to facilitate the process of resonance with the human body and recognition of one's inner landscape.
The album consists of ten tracks to be listened to in headphones or in a high-resolution system. Each piece creates a real sound hologram that brings the two cerebral hemispheres into resonance to activate the will process and obtain the variation of the surrounding reality.



Simone Gatto is a Music Therapy teacher, Mindfulness Facilitator and multifaceted composer, who finds in music a dynamic source of emotions, memories and energy and uses it as a bridge to get in touch with people. He considers music as a vital source for achieving inner well-being, as a way to communicate successfully, as a means to alleviate or heal any wound.

Bioquantum by Massimo Ronchi is a project of study, application and research of quantum technologies to improve the state of personal well-being and promote a balanced relationship with everyday life and people. Massimo is a researcher, sound therapist and Quantum Voice Therapist in the field of quantum technologies, as well as certified Bio-well operator for the analysis of the human biofield through GDV instrumentation.

Pregnant Void is a new division of Italian label Out-ER (Out Electronic Recordings) focussing on contemporary electroacoustic music, mean to imply advanced theoretical considerations and cultural projects as publications, books and seminars. The aforementioned sub-label releases only albums involves rising and notable figures particularly skilled in field recording and production techniques. The idea came when the label started investigating in the relation between sounds and emotions, how frequencies and sounds interact with living beings, collecting experts’ opinions, researches and experiments.
Pregnant Void represents a mysterious, natural space of our Globe. The word is used into the astrophysical area of interest to indicate an invisible world to our eyes but full of vibrations. Those same specific vibrations which contributed to create the Universe and, later on, the Planets surrounding the globe.
