Lowpitch is back !!

After 7 years of break, we are happy to announce that we are back again for continue spreading our concept of electronic music made for the dance floor.
Lowpitch started in 2007 as a platform to promote a new wave of artists from the Canary Islands powered by Jose Armas & Luis Groove.
Our back catalogue is filled of tracks by artists such as Javier Carballo, Julian Perez, Terence :Terry:, Hanfry Martinez, Simon Garcia, Carlos Sanchez, M.A.M. aka Moises, and remixes of Tale of Us & Shaun Reeves, Felipe Venegas, Papol, Tato.. just to name a few.

The first release of this new chapter comes from the hands of the Parisian based duo II Faces. Ben Weiss & Saull are regulars throughout Parisian clubs and also the party scene in Ibiza; the spirit of which they bring their distinctive sound. 
Their first EP was released in 2016 inspired by the French Touch sound and raw grooves, and immediately noticed with tracks played by Shonky at Circoloco DC10.
Early 2017 they start their own Label ‘Origine Records’ focus on quality Minimal House music, working with great artists like Giuliano Lomonte, Lee Burton, Terence:Terry & Politics of Dancing.

The EP close with the remix of Javier Carballo (Overall Music - Underyourseat). One of the most respected international artists from the Canary Islands nowadays, who started to release his very first tracks back in the day on Lowpitch.

Heavyweight Ibiza based label and brand, Do Not Sleep, continues its rich vein of form, this time returning with a killer release from ever increasingly popular trio, and Whippin label owners, Mason Collective. Having broken through in 2018, playing at some of the UK's best venues and festivals including Creamfields, Parklife, Warehouse Project, Tobacco Dock and Fabric, they swiftly followed up with their first EP 'Whippin' going to number 1 on download stores. 

They've since capitalized on their break through with European and Ibiza dates including BPM Portugal, Hideout Festival as notable dates. Their MVSON events across the UK have seen their loyal following increase with their renowned underground parties in Manchester.

For their debut release, Just Bitter EP, on Do Not Sleep, the trio have delivered a must have release which is sure to be featured in the sets of global headliners across the world. 

First up on the EP is Do With It, with its infectious grooving bassline, skipping hats and well worked vocal cuts, this is an essential cut.
Second up on the release is the curiously named, Post Tektu Tighter, with is funky bouncing bassline giving the track its principal groove and refreshing identity, the open hats give it it's drive and the incidental sounds deliver the final touches of a track that stands tall amongst giants.

The final and title track of the EP is Just Bitter, with its wobbly feeling bass sound and female vocal spoken words combining with its driving beats completes the package that for sure is going to push trio to greater heights.

Devstar delivers the second release on Make You Move Records this September as he reveals his ‘Voices’ EP, accompanied by remixes from Jack Swift and fellow co-founder Timmy P. A new project and label from two of the UK’s brightest rising house talents, Make You Move Records emerged as a new imprint of note earlier this summer as Devstar and Timmy P’s fresh venture caught the attention of many within the industry, gaining support from leading names including Enzo Siragusa, Riva Starr, Santé, Sidney Charles, Sam Divine and KISS FM’s Ben Malone to name just a few. Having introduced the label via Timmy P’s ‘Keep Off My Drums’ EP in June, early-September sees the roles reversed as Devstar steps up to deliver the imprint’s sophomore release, ‘Voices’, backed by his fellow co-founder on remix duties, whilst also welcoming another close friend – London based DJ and producer, Jack Swift (Inermu/Madtech). Opening via the rich keys, organ-led melodies and soulful vocals of ‘Voices’, Devstar quickly showcases his sound palette for all things house throughout the title cut, whilst the dynamic ‘Back To Funk’ utilises infectious drum grooves beneath warm basslines and escalating leads to offer up a striking peak-time production. Next up, Timmy P’s remix of ‘Back To Funk’ lays the focus on crisp drums and rolling low ends to reveal a slick take on the track, before handing over to Jack Swift who takes ‘Voices’ into the afterhours via an impressive combination of resonant pads, dubby swirls and percussion arrangements loaded with swing.

Be welcomed to a forward thinking music model, in this first piece that you'll count with sharp beats, warmer grooves and unrealistic atmospheres with a twist of futurism rhythms.

In the original version of Just Like You by U-FO, there's a strong and hypnotic vibe coming from a groover low bass all the way up trough the rhythmic synths and funky leads to break up with a nasty vocal where you'll find yourself immersed in a vast land of frequencies pleasure.

The remixed piece is at hands of the upcoming rising star Rigzz AKA Rodrigo DP, an artist with a strong flavor about music and recently signed at East End Dubs "Eastenderz" imprint.

In his remixed vision of "Just Like You" a subtle Sub Bass can be spotted that will drive you directly into the groove, completing the mid and high frequencies with a well shuffled pattern of rhythmic components making a pretty good version ready to be smashed at the dance-floor.
