We're building a street team across the country whose purpose is to hand out business cards with links to our music, social media, and youtube to police officers in their areas. I believe only through building a foundation of awareness and relatedness will we start to see any REAL communication form between law enforcement and civilians, and only through communication will we find solutions.

Cops shooting black people and black people rioting are both communications. It's a conversation being had without words but with violence. It communicates unrest, suffering, and fear. This project will shift that conversation to one understanding, partnership, and growth.

Redhead Roman was born in 1992 and is a Producer, DJ, and sound-designer from Czech Republic. He is also the founder and main producer of a well-known sound-design company W. A. Production. 

In 2012, under the older nickname ChesTTer. Roman worked with a Czech agency called Fragola Republic. Through this relationship Roman played in many clubs and festivals across the Czech Republic. After a year Roman decided to leave Fragola and concentrate more on music production.

Roman is now working on some amazing tracks with Austin as well as bringing new and the freshest products, music, and services via W. A. Production to producers around the world.

On Point Records is an independent record label that focusses on releasing mainly Bass House influenced music. Our vision is to connect artists to a wider audience to grow their brand and to put out quality music for people to enjoy.
