An oldie but goodie I jut found on an old HD.

This is a pivotal mix in my career where mid tempo/glitch was setting the standard for bass music just before dubstep really took off in America.

Simplify Mix Session Volume 4

This is a song I made a couple years ago when I was on Vancouver Island, every morning a thick fog would roll in and make everything look like it was straight out of a horror movie.  I figured I'd post this on Halloween cuz it's pretty dark and eerie, hope I was able to capture the feeling of being lost in the fog.

The Fog

We've got a mix packed FULL of heaters from the one like BZY out of PDX. The blends in this mix are so tastefully well done and the tracklist is stacked! We had the pleasure of having BZY perform at one of our Sublimate events back in September and his energy was on a level so we had to get him in for the mix series! Hope you all enjoy this one! 

"I wanted to do something thought and thot provoking for this mix so I focused on finding ways to juxtapose songs against each other in a way that is meaningful, but still filthy. I took a lot of inspiration from the Ivy lab A/V show by taking my time setting up subtle drops and inspiration from Two Fingers by casting classics way outside their intended bpm. It was a lot of fun making this, and I hope that even as I’m honoring my heroes, the sound is unmistakably BZY. Happy holidays <3"
