I recently discovered SIXIS, a.k.a. Ben Wyss on Merkaba Music‘s 2013 VA Resonant Heart. Residing in Olympia, WA, this young producer hits all the sweet spots on my soul. Liquid glitch synthesis, dubbed baselines, and double time high hats. Smooth and flowing grooves that drip and morph into the next pocket of hyper dimensional sound design. I can’t help but imagine the surreal artwork of Salvador Dali while listening to SIXIS. Portals of liquified bliss that guide you elegantly across dream state lines. Heavy west coast influence, reminiscent of Heyoka‘s Gate Code and Soulacybin.

Here is my set at Moontribe this last New Years Eve, a party out in the open desert with impressive sound and a dance floor lit by nothing other than the full moon.  Among the legendary roster of OG Moontribe DJ's my label residents at Noise Revolt had the privilege to join these incredible friends to help orchestrate the ringing in of the new year.

Dela played at midnight, this is me following up at 1am just before Britton.  I was lucky enough to be able to turn the page with my set from DNB into techno, two genre's I have polar versions of love for.

Primarily known for bass music I was asked to play a house set, something I am doing and accepting bookings for a lot more often but still heavily involved in making and playing bass.
