2SLEEP - Lost On Jazz [FRR066] Friday Rush Rec.

Unofficial UK Garage / drum’n’bass flip of the Polish classic “Taki duży, taki mały” by Arka Noego.

Guitars replaced with a 2-step groove, reversed sub-bass and a dark cathedral low-end. The original lyrics are carried by a cold, straight female vocal and a -low modulated voice, turning a children’s hymn into a 3AM church rave.

Motorbikes, priests as bodyguards, a floating ark and ridiculous amounts of sub – this is “TAKI JA I TAKI TY (FIRE VERSION)”, a mass for the subwoofer. Not an official remix, but a Detuka-style bootleg tribute to the original.
