“Shambhala has always been one of my favourite festivals; there’s truly nothing like it. I live on Vancouver Island, so getting to play somewhere this close to home, in the heart of beautiful British Columbia, means a lot to me. This new mix is a snapshot of where I’m at right now. It features a lot of my project Careline, some of the new music I’ve been working on, and a few throwbacks for the day ones. It’s a ride from the partridge to the new wave. This mix is a glimpse into my world: 10 years of producing; blending techno, emotion, chaos, and beauty into something that feels like me. But the set I’m bringing to the Farm this year? That’s a whole other story. All unreleased. All intentional. A sound you’ve never heard from me before. Thank you, Shambhala, for always letting me show up as I am and speak through sound. I’m honestly struggling to put into words the emotions I’m feeling right now. Every rejection, every doubt, every late night over the past 10 years - all of it led to this moment.

I used to be just another raver in the crowd, staring at that stage thinking, “One day, that’s going to be me. I don’t know when or how, but I’m going to work my ass off until it is.”

A week before Shambala, I got a message asking if I wanted to play Thursday night at the Riverside Stage. My jaw dropped. My first ever festival slot… and it was at Shambhala - my favorite festival in the world.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and danced with me. Thank you to all the amazing artists and people I met and most importantly thank you Shambhala for giving me this opportunity. I’ll remember this night for the rest of my life!
