Since he spun his first record Curtis Lee has always wanted to entertain, he brought his first set of decks at the age of 15, quickly picking up Dj skills. His love for electronic music led him into playing at illegal parties up and down the A47 

Fast forward a few years on and Curtis Lee is still driven and obsessed with performing as well as he possibly can and this has led him to becoming a regular guest at some of the Midlands biggest nights, Save the Pony, Sonido, Lustrino and Onefifteen to name a few; playing alongside some of the biggest DJs and Producers the current scene has to offer. He's also a monthly resident at onefifteen, Output and his own night Lustrino

Expect Curtis Lee’s DJ sets to work the crowd into a frenzy, where he shares his take on underground Dub House with a hint of Techno vibes.

He plans to kick things up a notch in 2014 so watch this space……

Home to the bass heavy, low slung and sleazy sound of LowLife.

 

This is the product of two men… arriving at one very distinctive sound.

 

D:Low and SMore, known by the government as Danny Allen and Scott McKecknie, had led lives within the music scenes for many years. Danny successfully producing and DJing with his highly successful international brand SONiDO, and Scott likewise with Dutch Settlers, but it was in early 2011, two joined forces and instantly found they stood apart from current trends.

 

Imagine a sound pulling and drawing from a plethora of genres and eras like a sample machine. Rolling through hip-hop, G-funk, old school electro and disco alike the outcome is addictive as it is innovative.

 

First to notice the potential was Sultry Vibes and Digital Delight head-honcho; Sishi Rosch who immediately snapped them up for their debut EP in the Fall.  German based Cream Couture Records were next to pick up the duo for their second release and the list grows stronger and the diary gets busier. 

 

If 2012 was the year for LowLife to kick-start their assault, then 2013 is the year for them to all out attack, with future releases and bookings for everywhere from Barcelona to Birmingham & every ghetto hood in between.

 

So, welcome to the real world indeed… it’s a low down sleazy affair.

In 2006 two of the most promising talents on the Leicester house scene came together to form the union we now all know as Dadge & Dholakia.

Taking inspiration from all genres of house music Luke Dadge and Jason Dholakia have managed to create a unique sound encompassing elements of deep and tech house ensuring that the dancefloor is always moving. 

The boys have had numerous residencies in Leicester including Long Bar, Canvas and Superfly.

In November 2009, Luke set out travelling around south east Asia managing to secure further gigs in Bali and Laos finishing with a beach party in Koh Samui over Christmas putting Dadge & Dholakia on the international circuit.

Winter 2010 was promising for the duo. After successfully hosting the global room at Pacha in London they have teamed up with Sinners DJ's in South Africa where they played at numerous clubs including Cape Towns newest superclub Trinity in which they secured a further residency along with hosting saturdays afternoons poolside at the exclusive Bay hotel.

More recently, Luke and Jason have been working hard in the studio producing tracks that are due for release very soon...

In the fall of 2011 the duo also secured a monthly residency for a new deep house night Anoche which is held at one of Leicesters most popular nightspots, Rockafellas.

With all this to look forward to the future is looking very promising for Dadge & Dholakia.

Miguel has been galvanised by the house music scene since the early 90's and has also been a DJ since that time. Miguel began producing his own music as one 'half' of the underground duo HCB.

In 2006 he founded his own label Outcross Records, which became a home for his music. Teaming up with fellow Leeds resident Matt Hughes to form MAM, a duo that has remixed the likes of the Imany, Deadmau5 and Flight Facilities, as well as putting out releases via Wolf+Lamb, Future Classic and Outcross itself.

​In 2010 he became the newest addition to the Hot Creations team and went on to pick up international recognition, capturing the imaginations of party people the world over.

Miguel's forward march continues as he refuses to relent, working on more music, including recent remixes for Basement Jaxx & RÜFÜS and continuing to travel to foreign shores, spreading his unique brand of funk around the world.
