The fourth Exposure Series release is upon us. If you have not heard, the Exposure series is our signature compilation series that features multiple artists and is pressed on vinyl for the most discerning DJs and collectors. 'Linear Radiance' gathers together 4 extremely hot artists in the scene for one special 12'. The EP begins with 'Raizel' by the hot newcomer Grush. This early set builder is smooth in the constraint it has rolling along in the sweet spot. A beautiful jaunt that is rich and fluid. Next, is the amazing Philipp Priebe. 'So Glad' is another Priebe heater. A very talented producer, you can always count on him for great dancefloor business. The melody sneaks up on you as it builds from deep within. A sublime and subdued corker! 'Sonic Shadows' starts out on the B-side from skillful Nicolas Barnes. His contribution is a combination of a big club techno sound and a melodic flow that is almost reminiscent of some prime late 1990's progressive house. Finally, is 'Grey Rythem' by Cirkel Square. Riding a catchy micro dub sound that is clever, fun, and surprisingly deeper than we could have ever hoped! All four tracks make for a healthy, well-balanced piece of wax! Linear Radiance is lovingly pressed and shared on crystal clear 180-gram vinyl. Act quick while copies are in stock. This compilation is sure to get picked up by DJs, collectors, and fans.

A1 Grush - Raizel | Snippet

The scarlet beast amulet was obtained by one of the heirs of a vanished Martian civilization and sold in the vicinity of Spaceport 15. The pendant with a precious stone emphasized the high status of ancient rulers, and was a symbol of hardening in bloody battles as well. In rare cases it had engraved one of the six deities on the reverse side, which was applied by special order of the Senate. Does not possess any power, but seems to have remained in a single copy. Valued in merchants' shops as an item with the tag “legendary”.

Gonzalo Villarreal is back for his 3rd appearance on the Mood Series. After his previous two EP's, we couldn't be happier to hear what he's been up to and get some new output from him. 'Trascendalia' offers 4 pieces of strong techno that ebb and flow while perfectly balance catchy, addictive yet distinctive and dancefloor directed. 'Dhammacor Ascendance' is a techy dub gem. The broken almost electro beat really shines inside these chords that ride and build. 'Synaptic Alchemy (V1)' unique chord work is something to behold. If you are after dub techno that rises but also changes directions, then check out this piece. V2 of this track offers a bit more streamlined version while still really honing in on the hook of the track. Either way, both version are epic! 'Zenithian Awakening' is a wonderful way to close this EP out. A beautiful and soothing ride, this is a fine example of the future of the genre through Gonzalo's eye. To close these masterful pieces with this amazing ending really ties the EP for long replays and plenty of listening time. One thing Greyscale looks for pushing the boundaries is a different color and timber to the evolution of the style. This isn't your ordinary dub techno. Check this out! Gonzalo Villarreal - Synaptic Alchemy (V1)

The summer of 2008, the Echo Inspectors are touring Germany. One of their stops lands them in Koln, after getting their fix of record shopping at Kompakt they would meet up at a local bar with Pawas who just remixed their latest record. Joining the guys for a mid afternoon beer would be local producer and friend of Pawas, Adam Kroll.

Fast forward to 2020 and Adam would reappear on the radar as Adam K.Roll with a fresh new dub sound, completely different to the minimal techno records of the mid 2000’s. This fresh take on dub would capture the interest of the Echo Inspectors.

Many DM’s later would lead to Adam producing five fresh tunes for Primary Colours.

Trying to describe Adam’s music is not easy. Adam seamlessly blends the sounds of Dub Techno, Ambience, Electronica, Jamaican Dub and an infusion of summer island sounds.

Primary Colours has the honour of re-releasing one of their favourite Adam K.Roll tunes, Into The Ocean, initially released digitally on Adam’s on Bandcamp page, Into the Ocean has been reborn on wax. We loved it so much that we got the Echo Inspectors to remix it into a formidable dub techno groover.

Kick back, sip on a fine whiskey, light a little number and immerse your aural senses to the sounds of The Final Call.

A transmission materialised in our inbox.  Initially veiled in suspicion, this clandestine missive tantalised us with it's cryptic origins.   I mean you just dont ignore emails with subject a title like; "Your Prize Awaits!" do you??

Trepidation aside, we delved in, this is a dub techno mix from a source unknown, known only as AARO.  With a few new and older recognisable tracks we can only surmise that it is someone with their eyes (and ears) wide open.

Lets hope this is the first on many disclosed mixes becasue we like what we hear.
