At the moment, the artist lives in northern Norway, where he and other co-minded people support the movement of the electronic scene. Music plays a vital role in the life of Javel. It pushes forward both, his personal goals and various projects in Norway or Lithuania. Together with, music loving people, he is developing projects such as Monument and DJ collective Behind The River.

The mountains were snow capped and stark in comparison to the radiant blue sky against they were perched. The sheer scale of their presence was magnificent and terrifying at the same time. It was enough to make you feel very, very small...

Overhead there were chemtrails, pale flakey white lines in the sky. However, there was not a plane to be seen.

As he strolled across the mountain tops, taking in the ever changing view, he began to wonder what it might be like to live out here in the middle of nowhere. For there was nothing but the pale blue, the thick white and a sense of beautiful, delicate isolation.

o.utlier is set to release a new album called 'Alaya', an excellent assortment of thoughtful Electronic music for reflective moments and finding clarity. This is atmospheric music at its very best.

The fourth Exposure Series release is upon us. If you have not heard, the Exposure series is our signature compilation series that features multiple artists and is pressed on vinyl for the most discerning DJs and collectors. 'Linear Radiance' gathers together 4 extremely hot artists in the scene for one special 12'. The EP begins with 'Raizel' by the hot newcomer Grush. This early set builder is smooth in the constraint it has rolling along in the sweet spot. A beautiful jaunt that is rich and fluid. Next, is the amazing Philipp Priebe. 'So Glad' is another Priebe heater. A very talented producer, you can always count on him for great dancefloor business. The melody sneaks up on you as it builds from deep within. A sublime and subdued corker! 'Sonic Shadows' starts out on the B-side from skillful Nicolas Barnes. His contribution is a combination of a big club techno sound and a melodic flow that is almost reminiscent of some prime late 1990's progressive house. Finally, is 'Grey Rythem' by Cirkel Square. Riding a catchy micro dub sound that is clever, fun, and surprisingly deeper than we could have ever hoped! All four tracks make for a healthy, well-balanced piece of wax! Linear Radiance is lovingly pressed and shared on crystal clear 180-gram vinyl. Act quick while copies are in stock. This compilation is sure to get picked up by DJs, collectors, and fans.

Primary Colours Music's latest two-part release, Antipodean Dubs, is a dynamic celebration of Australian dub techno talent.

Volume A kicks off with Melbourne's own Astralure, whose track "Freq" delivers an infectious groove with its robust kicks, bassline, and skillfully delayed stabs.

Following up is another Melbourne-based artist, Mike Nolan, whose "Steady" crafts a mesmerizing journey with its dub-infused, low-slung beats, dreamy pads, and sweeping textures.

The release continues with Silver Ash, a Primary Colours staple from the coast, returning with "Blackwood," a track that captivates with its evolving grooves, intricate effects, and relentless bass programming.

Closing out Volume A is Noosa Sound System, hailing from the picturesque town of Noosa, with "Ah Go Build," a true dub stomper featuring drugged-out grooves, deep drone stabs, and hypnotic vocals layered over massive drums. This release showcases the rich diversity and talent within the Australian dub techno scene.

The latest entry in this deep and meditative Mood Series brings a refined blend of minimal, dub-infused textures with a sharp sense of rhythm. From the first track 'A Piece Of Hope', the rolling shuffle and warm bassline hint at house influences while keeping a stripped-back, hypnotic flow. Lingering chords and subtle vocal touches add melodic depth, making it a well-rounded dancefloor selection. 'Closer' is more into headier territory, building tension with taut percussion and looming chords. The arrangement keeps things fresh, with rhythmic stops and shifts that create movement while maintaining an immersive, weighty groove. The evolving chord work, particularly in the latter half, gives the track an engaging, dynamic feel that holds attention without overcomplication. The title track introduces a more organic approach, weaving in natural sounds and intricate, live-feeling percussion. The deep, rolling bassline anchors the groove, while atmospheric elements subtly shift in the background. A gated breakdown at the midpoint adds a dramatic edge before smoothly returning to its steady pulse. Thoughtfully layered drum fills give it a live, evolving energy, making it an evocative listen both in and out of a club setting. Closing things out, 'Sweet Moment' is the most introspective of the set. A sparse yet emotionally rich melody, possibly from a stringed instrument, adds a haunting touch. Crisp percussion and static textures complement the melancholic undertones, lending a classical elegance to the composition. It’s a strikingly delicate piece that lingers in the mind well after its final notes.
With its balance of club functionality and deep musicality, this release stands as a strong debut, capturing a distinct mood while offering enough variety to stay compelling from start to finish. We are glad to welcome Javier Ho to the series and thank him for making us his home destination for his debut EP.

Echoes of the Void is a personal project born from the urge to explore a different dimension of sound.
It sits somewhere between ambient, dub techno and cinematic textures — where music stops being linear and turns into atmosphere.

Each piece unfolds like a scene: minimal layers repeating and dissolving, resonances stretching into silence, tension that feels as present as the notes themselves. Between the analog and the digital, the brutalist and the ethereal, a universe emerges that shifts constantly — sometimes evoking the earth, sometimes the depths of the ocean, sometimes the vastness of space.

Echoes of the Void doesn’t try to provide answers. It offers a place to inhabit — an invitation to lose yourself in the echo, and discover within it a different way of listening.

Greyscale was launched in 2012 by Lithuanian producer and DJ grad_u, and photographer Rima
Prusakova, set up as a platform for material from grad_u and close friends whilst Prusakova’s
b/w analogue photography provides the visual identity of the label.
