Flings finished just as they'd begun, relationships came and went; none of them stuck around for too long. Maybe she was unlucky in love, or she just hadn't found that person who was able to set her heart on fire the way she needed. At times, she felt like just giving up, the person she was looking for might not be out there after all. Some called her a pessimist but she preferred to call herself a realist... 

Morse co-founder and Origins Sound regular Primrose is launching a brand new label, Primrose County. Kicking off proceedings himself, with what also marks his debut EP, Primrose shares Set My Heart On Fire, a blissful four-tracker packed with colourful melodies. The A-Side showcases the more downtempo side of his production, with cinematic electronica and bright synth-pop influences, while on the flip the EP makes a bee-line for the dance floor with vibrant melodies propped up by warm sub bass and spirited rhythms.

Debut EP here from London-based Primrose on his own brand new label. He creates spellbinding, colourful electronic music that blends bouncy club focussed rhythms with other-worldly soundscapes. 'Foreverever' is the flip side to the title track 'Set My Heart on Fire' and moves into deeper 4/4 territory centering around a rapid-fire arp line and jolty syncopated claps, anchored down by a propulsive kick and a warm sub.
