Hi everyone!
It is so nice to put out a mix on soundcloud again, after a very long break. Due to personal reasons and a giving my focus more to live performances, I neglected my favorite platform a bit.

This set is the first of my new mix series for Proton Radio- "As within so Without". Well-respected Proton family have done so many valuable contributions to the electronic music scene over the last years. Now they are pushing for streaming to be fair for everyone- labels, artists, DJs with this new mix series initiative. The set includes only tracks that are released from Proton affiliated labels and it is originally released on Spotify and Apple Music. What a night! Such a pleasure to play for a packed dancefloor during Kater Blau's 56 Hour Nonstop/Sum Over Histories showcase. I'll forever smile when thinking about it. @kater_blau

I was thinking about writing more about this night and was finally inspired when I read @jake-basker's comments on his absolute masterpiece set from Garbicz 2022...

I struggle with posting live sets since they always sound flat or awkward to me later. They never seem to capture the energy and the magic of that feeling everyone shared. That yes yes more more, this is better than sex right now feeling that defies expression and just drives people to dance harder and longer. What a beautiful mystery of this human experience that music can inspire us so intensely...

That night was it the tracks I played? Was it how I played them? Was it the people dancing? Was it all those things together somehow? It was also Kater, the legend, love, and energy behind this place known the world over for cutting edge music. Also the other artists on the bill, and the lucky collection of people who ended up there and vibed together. That night was magical for all of us no matter the reason and this is here to remind us of what we created that night.

I was invited to play at a friend’s camp whom I met 7 years ago in a club in London, before either of us found our passion in electronic music. The set is is called unhinged because there are tracks from various genres representing that freeing feeling stemming from burning man

It was a big wish to one day become an official part of the Amsterdam Dance Event line-up, and this year it happened because of our own event Wolvenroedel Presents: ADE @ IJver. The beautiful venue was completely packed and there was a big cue outside, which was more we could ever hope for. After the amazing @seiunmusic opened the night I played this set, which I'm really happy with. Hope you like it too!
