In accordance with the ESX formula, $uccESX EP begins with the fiercest track; the third chapter on the 4th release from the Essex movement's premier artists is a fitting introduction to the next installment. From there the musical landscape moves from pulsating acid grooves to alternative rock-hop Peeping Tom would be proud of. The largest breaks combine with the friendliest of lead melody, in tight proffessional in-house production.


Another ESX recurring element, stamping the track in the chorus [it goes E! S X!] also prevails. It's catchy, melodic and just that little bit heavier, but $uccE$X could still easily drop in a club. It's pop enough to bang in your car but you won't look like a pussy. Lyrically it's on point, the 5 core members exploring multiple identities, trading 8's and throwing the rock constantly to command your attention.


The West Melbourne-ites are currently working 3 months in advance on their 12 EP's in 12 months plan, as well as soon-to-be-released solo efforts from each member. 2010 is the year of ESX, it's not to live life by the blade.
