Finessing and cultivating sound to captivate his audience – he artfully delivers breaks, techno, d&b, jackin’, melodic, just to name a few. Always open to expanding his musical landscape, Deedot 613 has been experimenting with the integration of organic sound, live vocalists and percussionists for the last 3 years in his home studio and is excited to be innovating in sound manipulation.

A 20-year veteran of the Canadian underground electronic music scene, Ottawa-based DJ/Producer Joe Rowe has had the opportunity to perform at an impressive number of prestigious clubs, raves and festivals, including The Guvernment, Circa, White Rabbit, Surface, Mercury Lounge, The Trinity Rooms in Ireland, Revolution in New York City, Groove & Bass Festival, and the World Electronic Music Festival to name a few.

In recent years Joe has been busy in the studio focusing on Tech House, Progressive, Melodic House & Techno. His single "The Pursuit of Loneliness" saw support from artists such as Judge Jules, Korolova and Sean & Dee, and hit #1 on the Progressive House Hype Top 100 on Beatport, even breaking into the overall Top 100 for all genres combined! Also, his recent track "Concentrate", which was signed to the legendary Farris Wheel Recordings, received support from Sam Divine, Vanilla Ace and Black V Neck, scored a Tech House Hype Top 10 chart position, received a Beatport Editor's Hype Pick, and was even featured by Dirty Bird Radio as the intro track for episode 418!

Over the years, Joe has also had the opportunity to perform alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, including Sander Van Doorn, Showtek, Angerfist, M.A.N.D.Y, Global DeeJays, A*S*Y*S, Gene Farris, Christopher Lawrence, DJ Isaac, D-Nox, DJ Icey, Return of the Jaded and more!

An experienced producer, promoter and performer, Joe is always happy to share his industry knowledge with others, and enjoys doing his part to foster the next generation of Canadian talent.

Joe Mastromattei has not been able to escape his obsession for rhythm. Growing up in Windsor, Ontario-only a stone’s throw away from Detroit, (also known as the “birthplace of techno”, and one of the early cities to develop the tribal rhythmic styles of house music) Joe has taken the torch from some of his biggest influences and ran with it. His keen ear and attention to detail has allowed him to express himself through the digital/electronic medium in ways that make you want to dance like there’s no tomorrow. Joe is breaking into the electronic music scene and catching the attention of anyone who has an appreciation for trunk rattling bass. Throughout Joe’s creative process, he imagines himself in the middle of a dark and crowded dance floor, where his hard-hitting beats can flow straight through the bodies of people seeking their escape.
