As a Craigmile, Bliss & Skank DJ in the early 1990's, I was massively influenced at that time by DJ's such as Billy Nasty, Michael Kilkie, Zammo, Sasha, John Digweed, Dave Seaman as well as Aberdeen based DJ's Nick Arthur, Ronnie Pacitti, Paul Kristay.

There were also the clubs such as Skank, the Pelican Club, Joy and the Craigmile where there were many special nights.

In 2009, I switched the Technics 1210’s back on & started making a series of Classic's vinyl mixes with my favourite tracks that I used to regularly play back in the day & this has taken me to where I am now...

His music is not only to be listened to, it is also to be seen. It is dramatic and visual. It is alive.  A touch of his nimble fingers is enough to make his sound modules vibrate. Their language is music, they light up following the chords of his artful tracks. 

Melodule welcomes us in a whole universe. He's created it for our senses. A technological universe in continuous evolution. Each new module inspires new creations in him. 

Melodule got rewarded in 2012 as he won the 3rd price at the Roland Synthesizer Contest. That gave him the chance to play his first live gig at the one and only Mutek Festival in Montreal. What a way to break the ice and start a career. 

Out of nostalgia, this music lover sometimes mixes more classical instruments like the piano or the guitar with synthesizers and music machines. 

By multimedia contrasted touches, Melodule takes us into his world. Strain your ears; open your eyes, you might even love…
