USTA can transpose itself - using a secondary channel or track. Quick demo features same sequence repitched.

NOTE: for accuracy, use the CV demarked as pitched notes, for example if you want to transpose by 1 step, set value to C#0, for 7 steps, G0 and so on. 

Using pitch values (rather than raw voltages) will give you an accurately calculated and reliable pitch shift every time. Route the CV output to the CV-A jack of the sequencer. Go to the project menu and set 'PitchShiftA' to CV A to enable transposition for that track.
