Jane started DJ-ing in 1995 in her hometown, Leuven, spinning soul and funk music in small bars. The mid-nineties were the peak of the Chicago House movement, which Jane had then discovered and became fascinated with. Encouraged by her DJ friends who recognized her deejay skills and musical taste, Jane quickly became one of the first female DJs of Belgium. She played at the famous Food Parties in Leuven, along with renowned DJs like Kenny Hawkes, Stacey Pullen and Derrick May. 

Nowadays, Lady Jane is the woman behind the Catclub parties and she also organizes parties for art institutions, among which the Brussels Biennial, Art Brussels, La Cambre Mode, Wiels Center for Contemporary Art…

While her musical taste and culture has always evolved, Lady Jane's style has remained unique: melodic, sensual and soulful.
