Uzuhan is an LA based Indie Hip-Hop artist. Hailing from Maryland by the way of Atlanta, Uzu first debuted in 2010 with “Never Change” featuring artist/producer Sam Ock which garnered 1.5 million views. Since then, he has worked with notable Korean musicians such as Higher Music’s pH-1 on “FILA,” R&B legend, Ra. D on “Miscalculated,” I.M from Monsta X and Brother Su from Starship Ent. on their collaborative track “Madeleine,” and Damiano from Choon Entertainment on “Colors.”

Nicco Homaili is an alternative R&B/melodic rap artist from Singapore. Garnering influences from the likes of Hip-Hop/R&B artists such as Amir Obe & Eli Sostre, Nicco Homaili does not only mean strongly and sincerely when it comes to word-for-word in his lyrics but also creates nebulous sounds and textures through his beats that are personal products of his somber yet phosphorescent character.

As an unsigned artist, Nicco Homaili has accomplished the extraordinary feat of having his music make deep inroads into the charts – organically. His 2018 single “Doppelgänger” debuted at #47 on the Spotify New Music Friday International chart and was a hit on the respective Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Taiwan charts. That same year he released his critically celebrated debut album Late Night Doppelgänger, which spawned a slew of chart-blasting anthems: “Trust No One” (Singapore Viral 50, #20), “Dots in a Dot” (Spotify Beats & Rhymes) and “Trust No One” (MTV Asia’s Big Chill).

Nicco Homaili (born September 17 1991), with an adopted moniker as SOLD, is a multifaceted producer based in Singapore who was self-taught in the recording arts and beat-making. He began his beatsmith & songwriting journey at a young age of 17 with a beat sequencer and digital audio workstation called Fruity Loops (FL Studio) and soon perfected his crafted by writing his own music as a rapper/singer and composing his own beats over the years.

In 2015, Nicco fully produced and engineered (also performed) 2 EPs for Singapore’s Hip Hop duo, CampFire, which had garnered a handful of following and was acknowledged as a self-sustaining artist where audio production was part of his song-writing process. By the time the duo project ended in 2017, Nicco had fully bloomed in his production craft, allowing him to experiment and put out music that defined him as a producer to listeners around.

Today, Nicco puts out music as a solo artist through his real name, while his passion for beats and audio production was represented by his alias, SOLD. Known for manipulating vocal samples that add colours in his works, SOLD is a beatsmith who knows what an artist needs in a beat and yet creating music that surpasses the ordinary. Behold, SOLD.

Growing up in 90s UK on a diet of my father’s Eminem and 50 Cent CDs invigorated the passion for rap and hip-hop in me at a young age. In adult life, I developed my piqued interest in rap through a study in linguistics and literature which taught me to write and perform whilst being influenced by more contemporary examples of the craft. I use this plethora of influences to weave often callous yet witty wordplay over hard-hitting beats with an unrivalled smoothness in flow.
