Equinox Rising

About a year back I was asked to make an OST for an overhead spaceship styled game dealing mainly with combat against mythical and fantasy creatures. It was called Rainbow Invaders. I was asked to create an organic soundtrack that could be cued as well as looped. Long story short the project was canceled but I was paid before hand so the soundtrack had already been completed. I don't want to sit on these tracks because I enjoyed making them so periodically I will be uploading them for your listening pleasure folks. I will also upload them to my bandcamp for free once they've all been put here.

The area is thick with vegetation. The sun peaks from above through thick branches of leaves. Here you would have spent more time maneuvering in the bush than fighting creatures. The melody was thought out by a designer with her stressing the use of a flute. The stage was meant to be more ominous in nature with a dragon waiting for you at the end. Thus explaining the next stage being lit on fire for it's whole duration. Hope you enjoy and share if you do.

Last but not least we have the city stage which is also the final area of the game. At the time I wanted to revisit all of the other stages and combine different elements from each to form this piece. All of the older creatures from different stages come back to rain hell on this futuristic metropolitan of a landscape and a sense of urgency that this may actually be the end is at hand. Out of the destruction a fallen angel appears, it's become apparent that she is your last obstacle to ending all of this.
