This is one of those things where I experiment and sketch a thing out in a couple of hours and then ultimately don’t do anything with it. I considered adding some vocals but that would make it a bit more industrialized metal than I might be ready for. Regardless it was an interesting experiment. 

In case you are curious: The bass signal chain is EHX big muff Pi > DOD Bass Flanger FX72 > EHX Super ego > Boss Hypermetal. The drum bits are the Elektron machinedrum run through audio damage Grind with a little EQ / compression for fun. Oh, and the drone bits are the bass part pitched, stretched and layered a few times. It’s dark in here.

Underwater Gestures. Each of the six artists has been given a tape
side – or a maximum of 20 minutes ¬– to incorporate their own
sound and atmospheric textures, resulting in a triple cassette
release with six different notions of the ‘ambient’ terminology.
By compiling different works of art, Still Water is both a statement
that is larger than the individual works and a manifestation of the
concept and artistic profile at the Copenhagen based imprint. In a
world of easy to digest singles, Still Water is a far-reaching and
weighty body of the work.'
