As requested by the Former Chief Khenpo of the Kagyud monastic seat Palpung Sherab-ling, and the Head of the International Palri-ling, Khen Rinpoche Tsultrim Namdak and Gontse Gaden Rabgyeling Monastery, Bomdila, on 3 August 2023, His Eminence Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche began teaching on "The thirty-seven attributes leading to Enlightenment", in the vihara-temple of Gontse Gadhen Rabgyeling Monastery, Bomdila.

Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche is an eminent and distinguished scholar, teacher, and philosopher and a life-long campaigner for non-violence. He is also a former Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile and Prime Minister of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) in Dharamshala, India.
