Circus Devils is an Ohio USA based trio formed in 2001 by Robert Pollard (Guided by Voices).  Band members also include Todd Tobias and Tim Tobias.  Styles include psychedelic rock, soundscape, pop, experimental, hard rock and acoustic.  Contrary to appearances, Circus Devils is not a novelty act.
