   I hail from the Southeastern United States. My music and lyrics represent that experience in the context of Hip Hop. I cut my teeth during the period now referred to as the "Golden Era". Because of this, I constantly try to be innovative in my creative endeavors.

Scratchy Fish grew out of the De Anza College jazz combos and big band classes in 2017. We are on our 4th revision of band members. Our music is improvisational and is primary arrangements of modern popular music from artists like Radiohead, David Bowie, and Sting. We also do some jazz stuff too but we are not a fake book jazz band.
