      This is a brand new video that's dropping on YouTube later tonight!.  I finished it last week and couldn't wait to see what you guys think about it, so please watch the video after listening because without the video the sound effects make no sense and neither does the song! It's an instrumental piece and was part of the song "She Rescues Me" that I had to edit out of the song due to it being too long, so here are the sections that I edited out.

     It's one of my space adventures videos and I'll leave it up to the viewer to make sense of it!😂 It's pretty long at over 6 minutes but stay with it because it's pretty cool! I threw a ton of special effects at it, both video and audio, and most of it is in 4K, which absorbed lots of memory and it was very time-consuming to put together! Crank it up and watch it on a big screen TV for a mind-blowing experience. I love astronomy and Sci-Fi films, so periodically I'll post one of my Space Videos along my songs, so climb aboard and let's trip the cosmos together! A companion piece to "The McGills" and "The Preacher"...

My paternal grandmother, Frances McGill, was always a bit rebellious and rambunctious. As a child, she spent most of her time chasing adventures outdoors and survived a number of mishaps, including a life-threatening snake bite.

Following her mother's untimely death, she dropped out of school to get married. Her husband served in the military, then eventually became a minister. After 15 years of marriage, a son arrived (my father) and she dedicated her time to raising him. It was while raising him that she returned to school. She graduated from high school when he did, eventually going to college and graduating with a degree in Education.

Widowed at 50, she rebuilt her life and focused on teaching until she was in her 70s. By then, she’d been a nearly constant presence in our household. She was still a rebel in many ways (there are LOTS of stories!), but she had a deep, unstoppable faith that kept her going through the tough times.

When I think of her, I think of all the times we laughed together, but I also have wonderful memories of hanging out with her while she played the piano (or her Martin guitar) and sang songs. Her favorites included “Frankie & Johnny” and a variety of hymns. She’s been gone for almost 30 years now, but I think of her often. Her greatest legacy to her family includes her faith and the joy of music, which are the basis for this song. This piece is dedicated not only to her, but also to my mother and mother-in-law who left the same legacy.
