This track was part of a very special release (catalogued as “BWL000”) released digitally and on vinyl in a very limited edition. A single side Ep screen-printed on the non engraved side with a suggestive image of the sea of “Capalbio”, a town intimately connected with the rise of Blackwater Society. 
The Ep was be initially presented at the 2016 edition of the FLUSSI FESTIVAL where Blackwater began its music journey in 2014.

Blackwater is an independent electronic music label centred on and pivotal to the concept of “sonic socialism”. At the centre of the production process, but also of the final process of fruition and listening, people.
People in their humanity, beyond clichés, beyond right and wrong, beyond personal and collective boundaries.

In 2014, Pier Filippo Di Sorte (Devianza) started out from Rome and physically followed the most important editions of national electronic music festivals (FLUSSI, DANCITY) to interact with and engage those who went on to create the hard core of the Label, the team and initial artists who contributed to forming an important catalogue over time.
With the help of Claudia Landi (Scuderia), Sofia Greganti (Common Series), Simone Scardino and Mattia Prete (Beat Movement), and Gino Venezi (Sony Music, Calcutta), the team diversifies its work In a short time, reaching the underground scene in a capillary manner giving birth to productions entrusted to the technicalities of Stefano Rocchi (production), Luciano Lamanna (mixing), Andrea Merlini (mastering) and Alessio Armeni aka Freddy K (label management), churning out physical and digital editions, arriving at what is now a catalogue of 62 editions, 28 of which are physical productions.
The roster is created on a meritocratic basis mostly thanks to the demo submission activity and by flanking over time the most interesting rookies such as Key Clef, Ossa di Mare, Unconscious, Istigkeit, Shkedul with the most relevant newcomers of the European scene such as Fabrizio Lapiana, Eduardo de la Calle, Codex Empire, Somatic Responses.

From 2016 in the UK, Pier Filippo Di Sorte launched the sub-labels Kapvt Mvndi, Goldenboy and New Forms Of Beauty. Interacting with the melting pot of Kaos London, shortly Blackwater became notorious thanks to the support of realities such as Rough Trade, Kristina Records, K1971! and SRD distributors.

After several difficult moments with intermittent interruptions from 2018 to 2022, today (2024) the challenge is to overcome the differences, the inequalities that have created a divide within that sound socialism. Nowadays reality wants individuals isolated and incapable of accepting each other as a critical mass rendered blind and deaf to the beauty of common people that shares and creates life through the most varied forms of art.

Today Blackwater Label challenges itself in the Music Industry, involving and embracing concepts such as the green approach, sustainability of AI and the virtual world, diversity and social inclusion, protection of the environment and ecosystems.

 Blackwater is provocation, reflection and awareness.
