DJ Modulus is just an undercover raver with DJ skills.

Birmingham born and bred, Modulus has lived in London, Leeds and now resides in Liverpool. Modulus self-taught his skills during 2000 torn between love for DnB, Garage, Hip Hop and House. When he finally stopped using all of his friends decks in 2002 and got his Numarks, he played in various spots in and around Birmingham City Centre including Chi Bar, Sobar, Chambers, Sunflower Lounge, Medicine Bar Custard Factory and became well known for his fusion of DnB and Classic Hip Hop. The vinyl outlets that he frequented were Tempest, HTFR and Massive Records.

Being a student, DJing became a passion that paid! Whilst living in London in 2004 - 2005, Modulus became a phantom DJ as he was asked by promoters for anonymous Grime sets for various Grime nights in East London. This also led to a CD distribution business in the days when people actually paid for CDs! Vinyl was still the weapon of choice at the time and Modulus was always in Uptown Records being persuaded by DJ Cameo that every track was the next big thing.

Older but none-the-wiser Modulus shares his passion for House via the web and reaches the best spots in London to appreciate the current movement, as well as act a fool!
