A spearhead of the ‚Neo Progressive’ movement – that’s Martin Bley alias MATCHY, a leading synonym for modern deep and melodramatic techno and house. With a profound sense and a highly empathic absorption, the half of the former duo Matchy & Bott sprinkled continously sales charts and playlists with dozens of siginficant releases over the past years. A formidable amount of loyal followers, supporters and fans have been built up. For a good reason! The enormous qualitative output settled down in the release catalogues at some of the foremost labels in the electronic underground scene within 5 years, and is an evident hint that something great has grown. Alongside more than 10 contributions on the infamous Katermukke label, Martin placed an incomparable stamp with the Matchy & Bott releases on the imprints music. Following coups with a vigorous effect happened on Coyu’s Suara Music or Oliver Koletzki’s Stil vor Talent. Moreover, imposing appearances were planted on top-class labels like Moonbootique, Hive Audio, Heinz Music, Bar 25, My Favourite Freaks, 3000 Grad Rec., Lauter Unfug or Dialtone. This entails a bunch of synergetic collaborations and remixes with acts like Beatamines, Ron Flatter, Basti Grub, Mollono.Bass, Township Rebellion, Piemont or Rey & Kjavik. The credibility has increased even more by staying true to himself within diversity. It’s music with a meaning! The harmony and interaction between melodic elements and beat is a fundamental matter of the vibe, always with the strength for the next anthem. Heavily proved at numerous gigs in many European underground clubs and festivals like Sonar, Love Family Park or Sonne Mond und Sterne!

'The international duo KMLN unites the Italian producer and multi-instrumentalist Christopher Tooker with Canadian producer Shawna Hofmann. Their paths crossed eight years ago. 

Since then, they have been an integral part of the global deep-eclectic-house movement. Together with the mexican musician Roderic, they are creating an interplay of yesterday's sounds and tomorrow's sounds combined with deep, rare rhythms and the typical cosmic note. Roderic's music is hard to categorize, you can find him e.g. in jazz, blues, latin and trance too. The EP ‘Aurora’ is supported by remixes by Luca Musto, Holger Hecler and The Invisible People.'

A little progressive trip to heaven 26 is purely nature inspired. On my first morning on my holiday in London I went for a walk to Victoria park. There I met a lady who recommended me to wonder around the beautiful canals. I took her advice. There I calmed down. I’m having this privilege to have a day off, walking here in our beautiful nature, listening music and thinking about my life. The weather was cloudy and grey, but the autumn leaves and graffitis kept the environment colorful and lively. Then I saw a baby looking at a bird and smiling, trying to tell her mother that he sees a bird. She understood and said smiling “Yes there’s a bird”. And there was a really cute eye contact between them two. Sharing this moment with each other. Then I understood that we don’t need words to tell about our excitement, and I’m going to try to tell you about my experience through music. Episode 26 “Walking by the canals”  here. Enjoy!
