Liverpool s emerging talent, Massano, presents his debut EP on Oddity, with an emotional remix by Raphael Mader, who is no stranger to the label.

"Energy” the track that opens the EP, has a catchy melody and an energetic groove as the title describes it, complemented by pads that slowly reveal themselves until they reach the drop. Here is where the action happens, with a very emotional piano, and accompanying strings, that create a melancholic atmosphere, which triggers an arpeggio-like synthesizer, creating a beautiful synergy.

Raphael Mader approaches the remix duties, creating a deeper, trippy and melancholic version of the original, developing the perfect soundtrack for any sunset or sunrise. You can definitely listen to the maturity and evolution of his production and skills on his rework.

Delving deeper into the EP, we have the following two dancefloor-oriented tracks.  In Your Eyes" shows a deeper and more dramatic, yet catchy side of Massano's work.  Tangible" goes more towards the techno side of the EP, including his signature melodic and synth elements, which you can recognize in his productions.

Massano shows us some breaks in  Wrong With Me" giving the perfect closure to the EP. Beautiful pads, chord progressions and synths run throughout the track creating a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy.

For ATL069 we head to Vigo on Spain's northwest coast to welcome talented duo Animal Picnic whose originals and remixes have graced labels like Diynamic, Still Vor Talent, Last Night On Earth.

To close out 2022 on Atlant Daniel and Iñigo deliver two highly impressive cuts that have been a mainstay in label boss BOg's record box. Finally we can now share them with a wider audience.

Leading the way is magnificent title track 'Occhiolism' with its rich textures and teasing synth lines. Animal Picnic build a sense of anticipation with beautiful floating melodies, shimmering arps and warm comforting chords that draw you into their world. The cleverly arranged vocal sample adds a contemporary element to pull on your emotions. The huge breakdown ensure DJs can drop this track at a special point to captivate the crowd before creating a release of energy in the room.

Not to be outdone 'We Are One' takes the EP even deeper by creating a truly special dance-floor moment. The rolling groove and momentum set by Animal Picnic seize your attention and take you on a wondrous musical journey. Perfect for late on in an extended set, 'We Are One' has a melodic hook that will repeating the highs in your mind days later.

Portuguese producer Trikk and Dutch producer Collé remix ‘Summer & Smoke’; one of the standout singles from Cubicolor's latest album 'Sometime Not Now'.

Trikk, who has previously released on Innervisions, Lossless and Music Optima, draws on his diverse musical influences from his two homes of Porto and Mozambique, as well as the musical melting pots of Berlin and London, to create a memorable remix characterised by an extremely catchy lead synth.

Dutch DJ and producer Randy Collé is no stranger to the electronic music scene, having received a great deal of support from acts such as Solomun, Âme and Black Coffee. His remix, which has already been supported by 8Kays in her Afterlife set in Tulum, is designed for the dancefloor and has some epic and emotional moments.
