This EP unfolds through three distinct yet complementary pieces: “Drevera” kicks off with a robust, dancefloor-oriented groove aimed straight at the body. “Eclipse” dives deeper with a hypnotic character, wrapping the listener in psychedelic layers and steadily building tension. “Day Dream” closes the release like a deep exhale, with  spacious textures, and an intimate atmosphere that lingers.

And that's what Leipzig/Germany based Marcel Sterling alias Marc DePulse wants to tell us with his releases and podcasts: there is no box into which you must fit in because you are free in your mind to do whatever you love. Being real, being authentic, being a full time music lover. That means: go to bed and wake up with only music in your head.

Whoever shed some tears while listening to emotional music can relate to what Marc is trying to achieve. It has to be “music to remember” and make a big impact. And that could be a melody, a baseline, steady percussion or strong vocals. Marc has already connected a lot of that love with his music. In more than a decade represented by the strongest labels (150+ releases) and performing on the biggest international stages, Marc has established as a unique producer and DJ.

After releases and remixes on Noir Music, Traum Schallplatten, Definition:Music, Katermukke, Selador – just to name a few – Marc is currently working on his second artist album which will be released in 2017 on his homebase label Einmusika Recordings.

According to his own productions, Marc is running the rising label JEAHMON! Records and opened another platform for the artists origins. “How I Met The Bass” is a storyteller podcast project which became a big brand yet."

As the clouds part to reveal the infinite blue skies of summer, Einmusik's Foxcast takes you for the ultimate joy drive. Seamlessly high energy and silvery, the set is uplifting and elating, a pleasure to listen to. Einmusik's command of melody is spectacular in creating this sense of a journey, an epic of sorts, that has been fused with a dreamlike quality. 

Raised in Hamburg and now settled in the world's techno capital of Berlin, Einmusik first came on the map in 2003 with his first album Weekender. In the fourteen years since then, he has released on Noir Music, Diynamic, Katermukke and even ventured on to start his own label Einmusika. His productions have been widely well received and well reviewed by Resident Advisor. His music has this quality of melodic perfection and is an affirmation of his meticulous approach to production.

This is Einmusik's first time as our guest at the Cityfox Experience in Brooklyn and we cannot wait to hear what his live set will bring! Be sure to join us July 7th and catch his set at the Brooklyn Mirage.
