Episode 80 - I Can Dish It but I CANNOT Take It

• Working out. On a recent trip, I took resistance bands with me and worked out most days (3:27)
• You don’t always need to stick to traditional workouts. Move your body when you can! (4:22)
• Another way to stay on track is to ensure you don’t make every meal a treat meal (4:55)
• Stay hydrated! Remember to drink water with every other beverage you consume (6:51)
• Get a good night’s rest and try and stick to a routine (7:38)
• Enjoy your vacation! Have fun and make memories (8:55)

This quote is simple yet so profound!  As I recently listened to the book "Greenlights" by Matthew McConaughey this quote he shared has stayed with me!

We all have skills and multiple things we are good at but just because we are good at "this or that" doesn't mean it is what is meant for us!
