Following up on the successful collaboration effort between Louis 'LTN' Tan and Christina Novelli, Enhanced Progressive welcomes the remix package featuring remixes from two of the biggest names in the progressive trance scene today and a superb  LTN 'Sunrise' version.

Injecting his elegant progressive sounds into the original, the first remix offers a different take from LTN in his Sunrise version. Cut back, chopped up and sprinkled with LTN's trademark FX, the Sunrise version creates a beautifully simple rendition perfect for sunrise or sunset.

Accompanying the LTN Sunrise remix are two versions from some of the most in-demand producers in trance & progressive at the moment. Alexander Popov is a man who needs no introduction and his energetic rendition brings out Christina's vocals alongside some slightly darker, yet still euphoric chords - a remix in high demand after recently airplay on ASOT.

Rounding off the remix package is progressive stalwart Terry Da Libra, known for his delectable progressive style and this remix proves no different with lush chords, elegant progression and warm pads.

Trance has gotten the colour back in its cheeks over the last 12 months… and that colour, more often than not, has been Magenta! Giuseppe Ottaviani’s ‘Magenta’ vision has thus far spawned a studio album, a string of live events, a live-in-concert CD and a raft of fan-embraced singles. 

Back at the start of 2014, Giuseppe brought the Alana Aldea-sung ‘Heal This Empty Heart’ into its single spectrum. Now, to artistically loop that particular circuit, and herald the second single from the critically acclaimed ‘Magenta Live’ album, here’s the Parisian vocalist’s next contribution to Ottaviani’s ‘Magenta’-verse’. 

First mix to be released is a peak-time master-blaster from Jordan Suckley, and so the doors to the peak-time spins are thrust wide open, as the man of the moment delivers a colossal ‘In This Together’ revision. With some unchecked LFO and furiously propulsive levels of 303 flowing through the rework’s arteries, the sear of Alana’s vocal connects it all together. Ensuring maximum elevation at its most crucial moment, Suckley kisses it all off with an anthemic sky-catching synth-surge!

Here is a preview of my debut release for John O'Callaghan's very prestigious trance label 'Subculture', as debuted by Aly & Fila at #ASOT700 in Melbourne and Sydney this weekend!

The track has been inspired by the very famous photo of these 'Pillars of Creation' which was taken by the NASA Hubble Space Telescope, and re-taken very recently. I wanted the track to represent a space mission that was on it's way to the outer rims of our galaxy to see these gigantic pillars of gas. The journey would be very turbulent on the way there but in my head I wanted to create an 'epic' sounding and emotional piece of music that would really suit the feelings that you would experience as you looked out of the spacecraft's windows, as these massive natural phenomena appeared right in front of you. Geeky I know haha..but this was my whole thought process behind it all.. 

It was also heavily inspired by amazing films like 'Interstellar' and film soundtrack composers like the musical genius Hans Zimmer, and also of course influenced by the 'BXR' sound!

OceanLab’s ‘On A Good Day’ originally featured on the 2008 LP ‘Sirens Of The Sea’, an album that reached #1 in the US iTunes dance chart, and was lauded in respected publications such as Mixmag and DJ Magazine. 

‘On A Good Day’ remained a firm favourite in the sets of Above &amp; Beyond – eventually receiving another lease of life when its vocals were married with Gareth Emery’s ‘Metropolis’ as a DJ bootleg by Hungarian duo Myon &amp; Shane 54.

After picking up mainstream radio support from Radio 1, ‘On A Good Day (Metropolis)’ is now being released alongside a drum &amp; bass rework from scene stalwarts J Majik and Wickaman (known for their uplifting, club-smashing remix of Deadmau5’s chart hit ‘I Remember’), which has already been hammered by Andy C, Chrissy Chris (1 Xtra), Radio 1’s Grooverider, Hype, Judge Jules and Adam F. A previously unreleased acoustic version will feature as iTunes exclusive track.

Tapping into the vocal’s narrative of triumph over adversity, the official music video centres on the story of Detroit’s Georgia Street Community Collective, and their drive to regenerate the derelict buildings and industrial graveyards of Detroit and transform them into urban farms and community gardens.
