Project E.A.R. (East Asian Revolution) is a supergroup of bands and acts from within South East Asia. It is a collaboration of bands from five countries in Southeast Asia which include Ahli Fiqir from (Singapore), Pop Shuvit from (Malaysia), Saint Loco from (Indonesia), Thaitanium and Silksounds both from (Thailand) and Slapshock of the (Philippines).

Having earned her credentials in the States managing Californian hip hop groups and artistes, Yaniz Merican of artist management firm YZ International is now at the forefront of the Malaysian hip hop industry. Responsible for groundbreaking international collaborations between Too Phat and Warren G, the Teh Tarik Crew and Zion I, Pop Shuvit and Dabo of Def Jam Japan, Pop Shuvit and Nitro Y Fanta (US), Pop Shuvit and Big Pooh, Cesar Comanche and L.E.G.A.C.Y., Pop Shuvit and Inspectah Deck (Wu-Tang Clan), Joe Flizzow and KRS-One, Miss Merican has expanded her involvement here at home, managing Pop Shuvit, Stylustiks, DJ Fuzz, Joe Flizzow (Too Phat), MizzNina, Thaitanium (Thailand) and acting as booking agent for KLG Sqwad, K-Town Clan and many others. She is also active in expanding the local hip hop community through event organizing and exposing underground acts to the mainstream media. She is currently coordinating even more cross continental collaborations between local and regional hip hop artists and their counterparts in the United States. Recently, she was appointed as Director of Operations (South East Asia) for the largest Worldwide DJ Coalition, Bum Squad DJz Worldwide and also manages CEO and Founder, DJ Latin Prince.
