When I searched, I discovered one of the most breathtaking vocalists I’d ever heard—a rare gem from Zimbabwe. Mutsa's voice carries a purity that feels like hope wrapped in melody. This remix is my tribute to that dream, to her extraordinary talent, and to the power of music to connect us across time, space, and even our subconscious.

Here is my set from the after party for the Tipper 3-Night-Run in Chicago. I played an early morning sunrise set on Funktion Ones. This set ranges through a lot of styles and moods, this time in my life was very emotionally powerful - and I tried to express that as much as possible. Obviously it's a big nod to Dave Tipper and Mike Wallis ;) as well as all the other amazing artists that inspire me on a daily basis. Please check out the tracklist and support any of the artists you hear in this mix that you enjoy. 

This live set was recorded without any beatmatching or sync, I  honestly prefer the organic feel of mixing without the structure at this point in my career.

This record is very meaningful to me. This is a trip down memory lane. Bringing us back to the old days. This music has nostalgic properties that make us think of the more simple times.  In a time where the country is more divided than ever, it’s important to all come together for a greater purpose and celebrate life. This record brings future funk and electro soul to the next level, bringing PA back towards the beginning days where melody and layers conquered all with a sprinkle of bass of course.
