A little experiment, using a pack of Crash PS1 music samples I found, and my own by-ear transcription of the Mechabandicoot theme, I've attempted to create a PS1 version of the track.

The droning part was removed from the track, as I wasn't able to transcribe it all that well, and it would've broken up the track in a weird way. Classic Crash tracks tend to be somewhat short loops, after all.
