As an Ambitious, talented and rising DJ, UK based Propa Soul is making an impression on the music scene performing sets that will never be forgotten. Propa Soul’s passion for music over the years has prepared him for the industry when he embarked on his DJ career. He started to perform and forge his skillset, and was inspired by many influential DJ’s and renowned brands that were taking place all over the world.

Propa Soul’s distinctive and iconic sound ranging from House to Minimal, Deep, Tech and Jackin' House has inspired many and entertained even more. Over the years, Propa Soul has had many musical influences, from legends such as Skratch Bastid, DJ Koco, Jazzy Jeff, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Urban Blues Project, Heller & Farley, Dennis Ferrer, Cloonee and Michael Bibi to name just a few. You can certainly hear the explosive energy that Propa Soul s foundations are laid upon.

Living and working hard through the industry with the concept of ‘hard work pays off’ success has already led Propa Soul to perform at many impressive venues, brands and locations, such as Ministry of Sound London, Defected Croatia, Ibiza Rocks Bar, Bam Bu Ku Ibiza, Summum Ibiza, Ibiza Jet, Lane 7, The Alchemist, Me by Mele Ibiza, The Documet Bristol, Prop Yard, Dojo's Bristol, Bristol Beacon, City Hall, Trinity Centre, Thekla, Komedia Bath UK and many more. Propa Soul is also a presenter on Ujima 98fm Radio Bristol where he presents 2 shows, the House Theory and the Cruising show.

SURGE is a record label and party series, founded in 2019. Born out of an affinity for South American flavour and early 2000’s UK groove, the label is a hotbed for both emerging & established producers to showcase their sound. SURGE is an imprint built with the dancefloor in mind, putting out regular releases which create standout memories for our dancers.

Hailing from the city of Liverpool: known for it’s bold characters, cultural reverence and *slightly successful musicians, SURGE was created to stand out. Defined as ‘a sudden powerful movement,’ the name SURGE was chosen to reflect our ethos and goals.
