@splintered - A CREEK RUNS THRU JERSEY (HIROSHI YOSHIMURA FLIP) | My roommate and favorite b2b partner in crime @neacuajo introduced me to Philly-based producer and all-around queen Estoc a few years ago and I immediately fell in love with the creativity of the edits, mash ups and sample flips. This track is probably my favorite so far of her, combining a heavenly sample of Hiroshi Yoshimuras ‘Creek’ with big hefty kicks and the most tasteful use of the squeak sample I have ever heard.

@nia-archives - Luv Like | Jumping into some more faster stuff I recently discovered producer and singer-songwriter Nia Archives through her amazing remix of PinkPantheress’ track ‘Nineteen’. Just two weeks ago she released her new EP ‘Forbidden Feelingz’ and I immediately fell in love with it. Blending jungle, dub and D'n'B with soulful melodies, which I still hum in my sleep, this track particularly lets me feel like the sun is never going down.

@kaizoslumber - The Carbon Menace | Of course it would not be a proper episode by me without a real fast and furious banger in it. Lybian-German producer Kaizo Slumber from Tripolis released his first full length record ‘The Kaizo Manifesto’ under his new artist name in February and packed it full of amazing fast-paced rave tracks ranging from Hard- and Breakcore to Hard Trance to Wii-Sports type menu music on acid. And while this project is completely insane it always keeps a fun and upbeat vibe without getting too cheesy for my taste.
