PREMIERE: Rodman - Marejada (Original Mix) [Disco Sentimiento]

Dublin native Breen pays homage to the city's rave foundations with his new club-focused EP 'Dublin Delight', rambling through hard house, acid and breakbeat rave.

Featured track 'Rave Auld Times' was made using dialogue samples from the renowned 2016 documentary 'Notes On Rave In Dublin' and encompasses the energy of the 90s dance boom in Ireland with a fitting raw and rhythmic breakbeat basement track.

De cette jeune artiste d’ascendance franco-américaine installée entre Paris et Rouen, on pourrait dire que sa palette chromatique choisie est mouvante, libre et ouverte sur les possibles. Avec « Last call », premier jet de 3 titres commencés à l’adolescence qui lorgne vers le groove laidback des Soulquarians (J Dilla, D’Angelo, Erykah Badu, The Roots…), Violet Indigo prépare le terrain d’une carrière qui promet déjà bien autre chose… Elle n’ira pas là où on l’attend, c’est certain ; l’electro pure, le hip-hop, ou le frénétisme de l’hyperpop ne lui font pas peur. Habituée des mixes tonitruants aussi bien que des habillages jazz, elle s’empare seule en scène du micro en maîtresse de cérémonies où les beats s’alimentent d’expériences de vie et d’amour...
