The kick that punishes you, the break that is made up of all these tiny elements, the rolling bass. Like, hello? And then the turn to mythical trance. Count me in. 10/10 sound design. Nuff said."

@verraco - Ronaldinho hace la elástica / "“Ronaldinho hace la elástica” like what is this track? One of my more recent discoveries and again neeeeerdy. Similar to the previous one I just don’t know where to start. It is one of these tracks I would love to see people react to during a set. Finest bass, incredible sound design, again. Just floors you. And energetic."

@laksauk - Soulz / "Okay, lets be real with this one for a sec. It’s a crazy track. The trancy influence, the dreaminess. The kick that is unforgiving yet inviting. The percussions that work to put everything together. Chef’s kiss. Hands down one of the best recent finds. If you don’t wanna dance to this one I just can’t help you. I’m sorry. Also, its criminally under pitched in this mix."

I’m starting a new podcast series! In each mix, I will be exploring a different (sub)genre of electronic music that is close to my heart and one you can hear me play. The series is called “This is” and we’re starting with my all-time favourite Hard Trance.
