ZANZ comprises of Nathan and Kelly Zahn, the fierce duo behind many underground dance music events in Winnipeg, including the long running annual summer festival MEME - Manitoba Electronic Music Exhibition. ZANZ brought the heat to the dance floor with this set and we're thrilled share it for your listening pleasure.

Introduced in the early 90's to masters of sound like Deee-Lite and Technotronic, SKTTRBRAIN immediately fell in love with electronic music. As a kid and young teen she created her first mix tapes on cassettes and cds, transitioning into Ableton Live by early adulthood. Enthusiast of a vast range of music styles, she has created 195 diverse podcasts with this guest mix as number 196! Her more inventive sets come with layers of sound and original sampling, meticulously woven together in a way that often breaks down the walls of genre. You can catch her playing improvisational turntable mixes with her collection of records along with random looping and sampling sessions that embrace live instruments, pedals, and vinyl. Every mix is unique, made distinctively as an act of audio-journaling for each project SKTTRBRAIN makes including this podcast for UKG Proper. The set is packed with 33 layers of old skool and new skool UK Garage productions. They flow into and out from one another in a classic turntablism style to give the podcast a live dj set feel with a single master to keep the sound raw.
