'Retrospectivo' contains each of their original releases, com- plemented by a host of exceptional remixes from other key figures in the scene. The CDs were preceded by warmly welcomed new reissues of Terra and Fuego, stretching out over a luxurious 2+ hours of prime techno. 'Diablo' kicks things off, sounding as fresh as the day it was unleashed in 2008, and is accompanied by the Carlo Lio remix that pushes its muscular driving vibe into a new territory. Dios also appears with the rework from Jon Gaiser, via his Atheists Anonymous Remix, crystallizing the original’s 10 minute form into a taut, powerful six minutes of dance floor gold. The new track 'Humano' appears here in four glorious versions from the original via newer interpretations from Hatzler, SHADED’s Summer Skin Remix and the Victor Ruiz mix.

Kicking off CD2, 'Fuego' burns as brightly as ever with additional heat added by Julian Jeweil’s masterful remix, while 'Terra' gets the treatment by the ever dependable Joseph Capriati. Three different mixes each of 'Aire' and 'Agua' complete the package, with the combined talents of Matador, Peter Dundov and Detroit’s own Carl Craig rounding off the compilation in particu- larly fine style.

Both Dubfire and Oliver Huntemann have pursued their own paths that have seen them reach dizzying heights within the techno world, but these recordings and their expertly curated reworks will remain a benchmark for many.

As a special bonus, both the digital version and the Double-CD (via a download code) include an hour-long 'Retrospectivo'-mix by Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann.

2017 has been a productive year for Several Definitions. Between club gig travels and extensive studio time, the Swiss artist has managed to release his debut album, the cinematic Reborn After The Road. Not long after, he offers up a selection of three remixes alongside a never-before-released track to round off the year in style.

The always lively duo Township Rebellion bring a breeze of mystery to The Escape on the A side. The initial unrelenting cachet of the composition subsides, only to be replaced with winding synths and zippy glitches that convey an enhanced air of urgency.

Berliner house and techno 90s proponent Marco Resmann takes on Reborn After The Road, in a percussion-heavy reinterpretation with subtle nods to rave-centric, cavernous electronica.

Several Definitions’ album creation journey has been fruitful, and despite the length of the initial tracklist, we see a new creation emerge for the first time. Driving Bassline channels a monotonous vocal on an gyrating synth backdrop, powerful and spell-binding at the same time.

Kellerkind puts his mark on the resolute Dancing with the Valkyrie, giving it a new life by the way of clanging percussion. Playful drums intertwine with placid synths, shaping up one of the more interesting pieces on the release.

After his EP on Pan-Pot's label Second State The Reason Y showcases his diversity with straight dark techno but also a warm melodic tune „Almathea“. About the artist
Arude is a young and aspiring producer and DJ from Ukraine. With every new track Arude is trying to develop his skills and present something new and extraordinary for the audience.
Anton Rudenko started Arude in 2013 (when he was 18 years old) and straight moved to making his own sound. After many hours in studio Arude had his first release on Univack Records, with a lot of good feedback from artists like Soul Button, Blancah, Aaryon and Animal Picnic. Then he made a powerful remix of "Zama Zamas" by Martin Kremser and debut on KDB Records. In 2017 Arude had his debut on Steyoyoke Black with melodic and ethereal EP called "Existentia" and after it Anton released a number of tracks on Soul Button's iconic label "Steyoyoke". While still being at the beginning of his musicial journey, Arude ambitions to provide his own sound and seeks to get into the focus of the top league.

Owner of a unique style, the project Propulse is recognized by the e-music lovers and critics that don´t spare praises to talk about his LIVE PA, one of the most importants of the country. Nowadays Zorzan is resident of one of the best house music nights in São Paulo, "Moving" at Club D-Edge, where he is always presenting his most recent productions.
