Vigel and Aryue have teamed up together once again for another heater; this time their brand new track ‘Rip Up The Rhythm’, set to be released Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s Generation Smash, a sublabel of Smash The House known for procuring the latest hot new talent in the world of hard-hitting dance music. It’s not the first time the two have worked together, releasing track ‘GUANGZHOU’ to an epic response, industry-wide. 

Beginning with thumping kicks layered against oscillating bass noises, ‘Rip Up The Rhythm’ sets the tone as an EDM-leaning, white knuckle ride that, as the track gradually builds, cascades with a crescendo of punchy snares. As a vocal sample can be heard initiating the first drop, as we enter the second break “Rip Up The Rhythm” takes a twist, stabbing pads and trance melodies heard give the track a more euphoric feel. The mood suddenly changes again with the emergence of a break-beat section,  showcasing that Vigel and Aryue have definitely worked magic with this one, combining their different styles to create a track that truly Rips Up The Rhythm throughout.

“This song is all about the balance of different cultures & different genres” states Vigel,  “I got the idea when I was visiting China last year. We spoke with my Chinese friend Aryue & decided to combine our different views of dance music - Asian and European”. Speaking on the huge collaboration, Aryue continued: “I've always wanted to put some bass music vibes into big-room to have something fresh. This song is a great example of such an experiment. We really hope that this tune can be something you can enjoy & remember!”.

Vigel has a string of achievements under his belt and is already a familiar face on the scene.  He’s had support from the likes of Martin Garrix, R3hab and David Guetta on his instrumental track “SQRT”. “SQRT” was also the played record of the year by Armin Van Buuren as aside from this, he’s played across many major festivals around the globe from A State Of Trance to Tomorrowland. Aryue is an emerging producer based in London that has already amassed an impressive number of releases on a number of well known labels, with a unique style and refined talents he’s definitely one to watch into 2020 and beyond.
