قصة قصيدة قل للمليحة فى الخمار الأسود

في العصر الأموي الأول
عاش ( الدارمي ) وهو أحد الشعراء والمغنين الظرفاء في الحجاز
وكان يتشبب ( يتغزل ) بالنساء الجميلات، إلا أنه عندما تقدم به العمر ترك نظم الشعر والغناء وتنسك وأصبح متنقلاً بين مكة والمدينة للعبادة ..
وفى إحدى زياراته للمدينة التقى بأحد أصدقائه وهو من أهل الكوفة بالعراق يعمل تاجراً ، وكان قدومه إلى المدينة للتجارة ويحمل من ضمن تجارته (خمر عراقية)

فباع التاجر العراقي جميع الألوان من تلك الخمر ما عدى اللون الأسود،
فشكا التاجر لصديقه الشاعر ( الدارمي ) عن عدم بيعه اللون الأسود
ولعله غير مرغوب فيه عند نساء أهل المدينة فقال له: ( الدارمي ) لا تهتم بذلك فإني سأنفقها لك حتى تبيعها أجمع،
ثم نظم ( الدارمي ) بيتين من الشعر و تغنى بهما كما طلب من مغنيين بالمدينة وهما (سريح وسنان) أن يتغنوا بالبيتين الذي قال فيهما 
قل للمليحة فى الخمار الأسود ** ماذا فعـلت بـناســك مـتعبـــد
قد كان شـمر للصلاة ثــيابــه ** حتى وقفـت له بباب المسجـد
و أضاف إليها أحدهم بيتين آخرين هما:
فسـلبت منه دينــه ويقـيـنــــه ** وتركتـه فى حــيرة لايهتــدي

ردي عليه صلاتـه وصيــامــه ** لاتقـتـليـه بحـق دين محمــــد 
فشاع الخبر فى المدينة بأن الشاعر ( الدارمي ) رجع عن تنسكه و زهده
وعشق صاحبة الخمار الأسود، فلم تبق مليحة إلا اشترت من التاجر خمارا أسوداً لها. فلما تيقن ( الدارمي ) أن جميع الخمر السوداء قد نفذت من عند صديقه ترك الغناء
و رجع إلى زهده وتنسكه ولزم المسجد

قل للمليحة في الخمار الاسود & ابعتلى جواب على الهلباوي
