And when you combine the vibe of that magical time in music with modern day production techniques, seamlessly carried out by a very talented producer, magic happens!

On the B-side you'll find 'Sara', a deep and mysterious production enriched with layers of dreamy soundscapes and subtle synth melodies. It's one of those heady late night songs that captures you into the groove and won't let you go.

A proper MNL debut here by the producer Northern Ireland, hot on the heels of his Manual Music debut 'Enu'. Highly recommended!

On Christmas Day eve we flew out to Zurich to play at Hive club’s 24hr party. We’ve played Hive quite a few times over the years and it’s one of our favourites. They’ve moved the DJ booth since last time and the sound is awesome; really clear, crisp and a pleasure to play on! Our set was also recorded. It’s quite different to the techno vibes from our last recording at Watergate in November; more house with lots of Audiojack, new and old. We had a lot of fun, thanks to Animal Trainer for inviting us…

Montreal producer Deric Frey makes his debut on Plaisirs Sonores Records by delivering a quality release with two super ethereal tracks. On remix duty, Strinner, who already released on great labels like Steyoyoke, Click Records and Timeless, remixes Interstellar Highway adding weight and more dynamic pattern to the beat. Progressive House master Michael A put his own touch on Weather Modification by creating a groovy version of the track.

Serbian producer Space Motion returns to Eleatics with another classy 'Brain Ride' release. Last year was fruitful for Space Motion with a dense touring schedule with support from tastemakers such as Solomun and Black Coffee, and this three track EP has all it needs. The moody melodic formation of the main 'Brain Ride' track' slowly catches you from the first listen while the allegedly dark and boosting 'Steps' brings the energy up and finally uncurling  into the closing track 'Ultra Sequencer' track produced together with Siguiente Tecnologia. As one of Japan’s most prolific electronic music producers, Hideo Kobayashi specializes in soulful deep house and floor-smashing techno. Back in March, he launched his own label to push these divergent sounds. Standard Music thus serves as a model for “quality, functional and beautiful” above all else! For its next release, RIWIN takes that sentiment to a whole new level. The Balinese musician and spiritual healer once played in popular Indonesian bands called Pahama and Tropical Transit. When not riffing with the latter, he can now be found mixing electronic music. Rising from his home studio, “Bali Cloud” gushes smooth atmos, soft percussion and balearic guitar.
