In Ancient Greece, the term “epyllion” refers to an epic poem that is notably shorter in length. Writing a condensed saga of his own, Oliver Winters returns just two weeks after debuting on Click Records. Like his contribution to “Hidden Gems, Pt. 7,” “Epyllion’s” scythe-like synths, angelic whispers and mighty bass line further characterize the UK producer’s sound. A self-described blend of melodic house, techno and ambient, Winters’ cinematic style sets quite the palpable mood.
